- Yes, as Kurdelecim, we manufacture all ribbons in our own production facilities under strict quality control. This ensures fast delivery and consistent quality.
- For custom production items, returns are not accepted unless there is a serious defect (extremely rare cases like production waste or color bleeding). For standard products, returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date, provided there is no shortage or damage to the goods.
